As a family-owned and operated business, it would be quite easy for us to spell out a set of professional rules we live by and likewise, that we expect our employees to embrace.  At Ferguson Roofing, however, this has never been necessary.  

We have been blessed in the fact that a large percentage of the folks who come to work for us have stayed and grown with the company.  Several of our colleagues have been with us for more than 15 years!  To us, they are family.

Over the years, what we have shared with our co-workers is a positive, productive work environment, the ability to grow and meet new challenges, and – more than anything else - the commitment to do things right.  This is a goal that bonds people together for life.
Often while working in the field, a situation will come up where there are several possible solutions.  Everyone at Ferguson throws out their thoughts on the problem, but in the end, the path chosen is always the same:  We ask ourselves “What is the right thing to do here?”  That answer determines the solution.

Above all else, everyone at Ferguson Roofing embraces doing the right thing.  Not the cheapest, not the quickest, not the easiest, but the right thing.  We do this because at the end of the day, we act as if your home is our home. And as such, we want the job done right.
